NICOLE K. PRESS 

I am a NYC based stage manager interested in a variety of performing arts and event management. With a foundation as a designer, and technician along with stage management,  I have now transitioned to stage and production management full time.  With an undergradute degree in Entertainment Technogy from NYC Tech, and now a Masters Degree in Leadership in Arts and Entertainment, I have a variety of skills that lead me to different projects.  I work in a variety of performing arts as well as corporate events and am particularly excited about projects that push barriers and leave audiences in a state of wonder. I'm attracted to projects with international companies, working in different languages and in the artform of different cultures as well as the standards of Broadway here at home.  I often transition between  theater, circus, dance, music, puppetry,  and opera,   from development of site specific new works, to remounting of old classics.  I have experience with one man shows and large broadway size ensembles. 

 

Outside of the theater, I'm an avid SCUBA diver, camper, hiker, and world traveler. I'm heavily involved in education, not only teaching my performing arts, but guiding students to their passions, whatever they may me.  I love the culinary arts as much as I love visual arts, and  I'm always looking for my next adventure.
